CDM and Compliance Support
CDM Regulations seem to be misinterpreted and manipulated to suit companies needs. Often transfering responsibilities to reduce commercial and operational risk, without understanding the consequences. This approach misses the basis of what the regulations are trying to achieve.
We work with Clients to incorporate CDM into their deliver model without cutting corners or hugely increasing costs.

Principal Contractor Duties
We look at this in three ways.
1. Does the Contractor or Subcontractor have the understanding, experience and qualifications to be the PC.
2. Can the Client approach the project in a different way.
3. Do we need to source an external PC to oversee the project/s and Contractors.
Just because someone is appointed the PC does not mean they should be.

Project Management starts in the pre construction phase and ends in the post construction phase.
